The very deep bottom of the placer has never been found to date, that water well was drilled to almost 1,000 feet without hitting the bottom of the placer formation. Most placer claims are relatively very shallow. This piece has enormous developmental potential. Rocks larger than 6" are seldom found on the site. Can be subdivided for many mine development sites. Many estimate that if these claims were improved with a the established "43-101" designation, the resale price or development valuation could be enormous, possibly multiples of the price. Simply mining it is possibly the ultimate development potential.
Location and Access:
Located in the Florence Valley, Pinal Co., AZ is world renowned for its geological mineralization. The location is remarkably easy being about 45 minutes NW of Tucson, AZ and easily accessible. The land is flat and easily developed. The largest rock on the site is probably not much larger than a grapefruit! There is NO OVERBURDEN according to the geologist!
UTILITIES: Electricity goes through the site. There is water at about 500’, a well was drilled about 400’ off the property line during the 1960’s with the completed well coming in at 500 gallons per minute at 500’!
This very large set of contiguous BLM claims could be a terrific hedge with the rising price of metals and serious questions with the national and international economy, political issues and currencies, especially internationally..
Available is a recent 11.74 acre geological study done by the well-known area geologist, with five samples drill tested to only 6' deep. The assay was calculated out to $40,096,183 in gold, silver, platinum and palladium values. This information is also found in the professionally audited geology reports:
Total est. in ground value of 1 acre to 100 feet $5,609,298,720
Total est. in ground value of 20 acre to 100 feet $112,185,974,405
Total est. in ground value of 160 acre to 100 feet $897,487,795,242
Total est. in ground value of 640 acre to 100 feet $3,589,951,180,967
GEOLOGICAL REPORTS: Three available audited geological mining reports completed by a very highly regarded mining geologist from Arizona. Any interested Party can feel free to contact him after receiving his reports.
MAGNETOMETER SURVEY: The geology report comes with an aerial magnetometer survey. This magnetometer survey shows a very large amount of magnetite black sand present on the site
ADDITIONAL VALUE: Also found are significant quantities of iron oxide red clay and titanium along with washed and sorted architectural stone.
NO OVERBURDEN: Precious metals are found from the SURFACE on down into the body of the placer material.
These claims have been established by the current owner several years ago and a lot more geological work competed since then. The amount of mine-able material available on this large piece is considerable as indicated in the reports.
Some of the largest mines in America are found in Pinal County, AZ
